John is a Chartered Forester with a focus on how trees are planned for, valued, and managed in our towns and cities. He brings experience from well outside the world of trees, coming to us from the worlds of business and marketing. John believes that urban forestry has to move from being a powerful idea to a self-evident reality. When not talking about trees, John winds down by trail running and, when life allows, skiing.
