He has worked as a tree surgery contractor, tree officer in local government, consultant in private practice, government adviser, and university academic. Mark’s autobiography talks about a lifetime spent in arboriculture, his work with urban communities around the world and his mission to connect people with the trees around them. The book is full of ideas and approaches to urban greening that are drawn from extensive practical experience.
