This workshop is being hosted by Treeconomics, together with Trees for Cities.
It is open to you if you are a Local Authority Green Space or Tree and Woodland Officer, and is free to join.
Why should you attend?
This is a chance to take a look through the strategic lens of 3-30-300
Can all residents see 3 trees from their home? Do they live in a neighbourhood with at least 30% tree canopy cover? Is there a publicly accessible park or green space within 300 metres’ walking distance of their home?
Using real data, we explore how 3-30-300 can:
- Identify spatial inequality
- Work with Tree Equity Score
- Help prioritise investment
- Support funding and member engagement
- Turn mapping and metrics into delivery decisions
You will also hear about the evolving Trees for Streets project in London
Trees for Streets supports:
- Resident engagement
- Crowdfunding
- Partnership planting
- Increased street tree delivery
We will explore how boroughs are using the platform, where it can go next, and how it aligns with data-led targeting.
This will be an open discussion focused on shaping the next phase for London partners.
Spaces are limited.
